Topic: What Got You Here, Won’t Get You There – The Quantum Leadership Model
According to F. Scott Fitzgerald, the test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function. However, for most of us, breaking free from the assumed certainty of what we believe is nothing short of terrifying. To let go of what we think we know for certain and reach for different ideas or beliefs that could shatter some or all of our assumptions is not our natural inclination. Rather, we tend to dig in deeper over our lives, becoming ever more comfortable in “knowing what we know.” If you have any plans of becoming an effective leader, you must learn how to let go of the comfort of certainty and instead, learn to flow between “what is” and “what could be.”
Join our presenter, Wayne Whitzell, as he weaves together Quantum Physics and leadership into this impactful and very personal presentation. Whether you are a seasoned leader or a young professional interested in becoming a leader, Wayne’s approach will have deep philosophical implications personally and professionally for would be leaders.
