Cynthia (CJ) Lucas is an accomplished Facilities Manager with an impressive track record spanning over 25 years in the field. She is a certified Facility Manager Professional (FMP) and a LEED Green Associate, reflecting her commitment to excellence and sustainability.
As a dedicated member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) for 22 years and an active participant in the Legal Industry Council for 9 years, CJ has established herself as a prominent figure in her industry.
CJ possesses extensive expertise and has successfully navigated various roles within Facilities and Project Management across multiple industries, including corporate environments, hospitality, higher education, and media facilities.
Currently, CJ serves as the Facilities Manager at Williams & Connolly, LLP, one of the nation’s leading litigation law firms, with prestigious offices in Washington, DC, and New York City. She has made significant contributions to the firm over the last decade, driving operational excellence.
In her role, CJ proactively collaborates with the Chief of Facilities Operations, Facility Project Manager and the Property Management team to implement a wide array of building projects. These projects include buildouts, renovations, alterations, internal relocations, additions, and modifications. She also oversees building maintenance and repairs, including the seamless operation of a full-service commercial kitchen.
