Jen K. Gustafson currently serves as the Office Manager at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC, overseeing the daily operations of the firm’s Chicago and Northbrook locations. In her role, Jen ensures the seamless functionality of the offices by managing repairs and maintenance, supervising outsourced office services, and developing policies to enhance efficiency. She handles building issues, security, and safety, and acts as the liaison between the firm and landlords for facilities projects, maintenance requests, space planning, office renovations, and relocations. Additionally, she prepares and monitors the annual operations, reviews and approves invoices and rental statements, and manages monthly Concur expenses.
Prior to her current role, Jen served as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the C-Suite executives, including the CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, and CMO. In this capacity, she provided dynamic support by managing daily tasks, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars. Jen played a key role in developing and implementing hybrid work plans in response to COVID-19. Her responsibilities also included managing travel arrangements, processing invoices, preparing reports and presentations, and handling highly sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
With extensive experience in office management and executive assistance, Jen is eager to contribute her skills and expertise to the LIC board.
